May 24th - Day 2 - Plyometrics
Made it through workout without problem. However, I modified a lot of the moves because my knees were hurting. Had trouble with lunges portion. Lunges burn too bad to make it all the way through on time.
May 23rd - Day 1 Chest and Back

Weak on chest and back. I can do 20 push ups at first but into workout I can only do 10 set reps. Back is bad, modified pull ups. can't do pull ups by myself with my bar. extremely sore the next day.
